1. Rhode Island - What’s required to get a test date?

  • Mail in written application we give you - approx. 2-week turnaround to get your test date.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • DOT physical card.
  • A 1910.178 proof /card for forklifts - we provide.
  • State fees NOT included in class price.
  • You must be 18 years old.
  • You must have a social security number.
  • A notarized letter of experience from employer for excavation. – we can’t provide.

Q. What if I am self-employed?

a. You write your own letter and get it notarized.

Q. What languages are tests in RI.?

a. English and Spanish.

Q. What languages are your classes in?

a. English ONLY.

2. Massachusetts - What’s required to get a test date?

  • We give you a direction sheet. Online application only.
  • Valid driver’s license or MASS ID.
  • Social Security number.
  • Valid DOT card not about to expire.
  • You must be 18 years old.
  • NO proof of experience needed.
  • State fees NOT included in class prices.
  • Approximately 5-week minimum turnaround time to get a test date in Massachusetts.

Q. Do you guarantee passing state exams?

a. NO we provide proven materials that have helped pass thousands of students over a 15-year period. We issue books and quizzes for students to take home. If you don’t pass you need to study more. These tests are no cake walk.

3. OSHA 1910.178 Forklift- Class /Hands -On Evaluation

All students that take a forklift class get a card for this as proof. This proof is good in any state. It does not relieve you of state required licenses.

4. OSHA Excavation

We offer a class that meets knowledge and hazard avoidance requirements. We do not offer hands-On for excavation, at this time. An excavation safety wallet card is issued for the new England class attendees.
